Today I’m going to teach you a game that helps with family relationships. It is called “Start, Stop, and Continue.”
This is how it works.
Gather the entire family in one room. Each person will take turns going around the room and tell other family members one thing they want them to start, one thing they want them to stop, and one thing they want to continue.
Every person in the family does this. Have one family member takes notes on each behavior listed for each individual.
At the end of the game, each family member picks one of those things to work on for the week. At the end of the week, each family member is given a grade; A, B, C, D, or F.
Those who received good grades are rewarded. Those who received a poor grade may need to chores or do special tasks for another family member.
This game allows family members to name the things that they want to change and appreciate the things they are doing right.
